Description of productsAll products available for purchase are described on their specific product page on our website. We always try to represent as accurately as possible every characteristic of the products via photography and copy points provided by designers, suppliers or manufacturers.
We have a policy of continuous product development so we can provide you with what we consider the best design at the best price, and thus reserve the right to amend the specifications of products, their price, packaging and any service associated at any time, without prior notice. Before ordering, we thus invite you to have a close look at the product description and characteristics: we choose them with care in order to provide you with the best offer in the market, but every product is different and you have to make it yours.
We do our best efforts to provide you with the best images and description, but unfortunately cannot guarantee that colours and details in website images are 100% accurate representations of the product, and sizes might in some cases be approximate.
Even if not always mentioned, some self-assembly may be required on certain products.
PurchaseWhen placing an order, the agreement of purchase is reached when your payment has been transferred.

DeliveryAll deliveries are handled by TNT. We are unable to ship to box addresses.
30 day money back guaranteeAs a private person you have 30 day money back guarantee. You can return your carpet within 30 days and get your money back. The carpet has to be in unaltered condition and should not have been used. You have to package the carpet the same way as it was when you received it. More detailed information can be found under "Return". The customer pays for the shipping costs in both directions.
Authenticity certificatesWe guarantee that the delivered carpet is hand knotted and agrees with the description on www.myrug.net
WarrantyOf course you have warranty on all products bought from us. The warranty is applicable for 1 year from the date you receive your rug. If the customer refers to the warranty and it is judged that the damage depends on bad handling by the customer the customer will pay the costs of any reparation. Our expert staff will in the first place determine the cause of the damage. The customer pays all shipping costs in case of warranty reparations.
ReturnWhen sending back a carpet you first have to contact usIt is your responsibility that the carpet arrives in an undamaged condition. Make sure that the carpet is well packed.
The customer pays for return shipping.
When a return is completed the same card or bank account you used for the purchase will be credited. If we receive returning goods without the proper return dispatch note the goods will be sent back at the customer's expense.
Card paymentMyrug.net handles secure card payments in collaboration with Visa, MasterCard and Paypal. Card payment is a safe method of payment for you as a customer. The selling company will never have knowledge of your card or account information. This information is securely transferred to an encrypted link from you through DIBS Payment gateway to your bank.
Bank transferIf you don't like to use a credit card you can transfer the money direct to our bank account. You have to pay the complete amount in 5 days or you order will be discarded. Always state your order number when paying. We will send your carpets as soon as your payment is recieved.
Error on deliveryIf something is wrong with your delivery, or if you receive the wrong or a damaged carpet or the wrong number of carpets please contact customer service immediately. The error has to be reported within a reasonable time frame.
Transportation damagesVisible damage to the goods shall be reported directly TNT when receiving the package. Hidden damages from transportation have to be reported to TNT as soon as they are discovered.
SecondsGoods in the "seconds" classification have minor flaws or faults which are shown in the description of the item.
Carpets that are not received by the customer and returned to usCarpets that are ordered and not received or are returned to us due to the customer not being available for several delivery attempts will be charged 120 USD for our administration costs. Special customized ordered products are charged the full value.
Confidentiality when handling personal informationWhen placing an order or registering as a customer we will store your personal information. By doing this you accept that we store the information we need to complete the handling of your order and give you the best service you expect from us.
Myrug.net will not give any personal information to any third party.
